Hurom Juicer Warranty Policy

Hurom Juicer Limited Warranty

Hurom Malaysia warrants to the original purchaser that the Hurom juicer, purchased from Hurom Malaysia or an authorized Hurom reseller, is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a specified period from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Period:
  • Juicer: 5 or 10 years, depending on the model, from the date of original purchase.
  • Spare Parts: 2 years from the date of original purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product that occur under normal household use during the applicable warranty period.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, improper installation, or failure to follow the operating instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear of parts, including but not limited to, screens, seals, brushes, and containers.
  • Damage caused by the use of unauthorized accessories or replacement parts.
  • Damage resulting from commercial use of the product. The product is intended for household use only.
  • Damage caused by power surges or voltage fluctuations.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not affect functionality.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Products with removed or defaced serial numbers.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.
  • Any costs associated with returning the product for warranty service, unless otherwise required by local law.

To file a warranty claim, the purchaser must:
  • Contact Hurom Malaysia customer service at Warranty Claim page with details of the issue and proof of purchase (original sales receipt or invoice) indicating the date of purchase, model number, and place of purchase.
  • Provide a detailed description of the defect or malfunction.
  • Follow the instructions provided by Hurom Malaysia customer service for returning the Product for inspection and potential repair or replacement. The Product may need to be shipped back to Hurom Malaysia or an authorized service center at the purchaser's expense (unless otherwise required by local law).
  • Ensure the Product is properly packaged for shipping to prevent further damage during transit.
Upon verifying the defect and warranty coverage, Hurom Malaysia will, at its sole discretion, either:
  • Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the defective product with a new or comparable refurbished product.

Note: If the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period for the repaired/replaced product will be the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUROM LS Co., LTD.'s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. HUROM LS Co., LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Your Rights Under Local Law:
This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental/consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Important Note:
Please retain your original proof of purchase, as it is required for any warranty claims. Failure to provide proof of purchase may void the warranty.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
